HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Please note our office is manned Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Standard delivery is £7.95 but this may vary depending on delivery address. To receive an accurate quote please add your desired bouquet or gift to your basket and proceed to checkout. Saturday deliveries do incur an extra cost. For more details, please review our full Delivery & Returns Page.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver throughout the UK.

Please note we are currently unable to deliver to some postcode destinations, these may change from time to time but are currently: AB36-AB38 AB55-56 FK17-21, IV1-39, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41 PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, AB44-56, IV30-32, TR21-25 all BT, JE, GY, IM postcodes; you will be prevented from setting deliveries to these postcodes at the point of order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We will despatch the products to you as soon as reasonably possible by courier and we expect delivery on your chosen delivery date. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 8am and 8pm, except bank holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays unless otherwise stated.
We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed and regret that time delivery slots are not currently available. Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e mail confirming this. Order Confirmation page will appear saying ‘Thank you for your order’ , here you’ll see your order number and you can check all of the details are correct.
You’ll also receive an email confirmation which also confirms your order number and all the details relating to your order. If ever, you need to contact us, having this order number at the ready will be handy for our friendly customer care advisors.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?

Yes of course, please add your desired message in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the delivery page.

HOW CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you would like to change the details of an order you have recently made please contact our Customer Care team here Contact Us

Please notify us of any change to your order including changes to the delivery address or recipient message before midday at least 3 working days before the intended delivery date; during busy peak periods (such as Valentines, Mother’s Day or Christmas) please provide at least 7 working days’ notice of any changes. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

I CAN’T SEEM TO PLACE MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I DESIGN MY OWN GIFT?

If you choose the ‘Kindness’ bouquet you are very welcome to add to the order notes any suggestions for your florist. This could be something like ‘Pink is a favourite colour’ or ‘Roses are a favourite’. We can never guarantee they will be able to meet every request, but our floral artists will create an original and beautiful bouquet with love and care.
